This broad view looks at how patients feel about their care, not just what clinical results are achieved.

The other options miss this holistic view. Efficiency of operations focuses on how well the system runs, which can affect experience but isn’t the experience itself. Clinical outcomes measure how well the treatment works medically, which is important but separate from how the patient experiences care. Limiting it to satisfaction after discharge ignores the ongoing interactions during the entire care journey, including day-to-day communications and processes.
